To enter the KFPS Approved Friesian Stallion Show Event from the Netherlands, we require the presentation of an official ID (INE, Passport, or Professional License) and, in the case of attending with minors, the full name of each minor.

The information collected will be used exclusively to ensure the safety and security of all attendees during the event. It will not be used for commercial purposes nor shared with third parties.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Once the event has concluded, all collected information will be securely destroyed and will not be retained in our records.
